Canada and International Shipments:
We gladly accept orders from outside of the US. Orders to these locales are shipped via UPS.
*** In order to deliver to some locations outside of the US, UPS sometimes charges duties, taxes or other delivery related "fees". We are not given the amounts of these during the quote process and therefore they ARE NOT included in the cost of shipping during checkout.
Please note that the shipping quote you receive during checkout does not include any duties, taxes or other fees associated with delivery. It only includes the basic shipping charges from UPS. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know if they will be assessed during delivery or how much these fees will be. The purchaser is solely responsible for the payment of these fees at the time of delivery.
If you live in an area that UPS will not leave packages at your door (apartment building, inside city limits, or a highly populated area), please make every possible arrangement to have someone available when your package is delivered. Although UPS will leave packages at the door in rural areas, in cities or areas where there are a lot of people, they require a person to receive the shipment. Because of this, orders are occasionally returned to us via UPS after several delivery attempts where no one was there to receive the order. UPS classifies these as "undeliverable". UPS still charges us the original shipping fee of the order, even though it wasn't officially delivered. If the order is then reshipped UPS charges an additional shipping fee to resend it.
In these instances we can either refund the original cost of the products (minus the shipping fee), or resend the shipment for the additional fee.
Your order can be cancelled with a full refund if it hasn't been shipped. Once an order is delivered, we cannot accept returns unless the shipment was damaged or wrong in some way. (Our products are for food, and we want to guarantee that they haven't been used in any way when we ship them to you!) Orders usually ship out within 2 business days following the date of order (weekends and holidays are not included in this estimate). Depending on the time the order is placed, it may ship on the same day. Once it is shipped, we are charged for the cost of shipment, regardless of whether the order was cancelled. We are also charged again, the same cost of shipping, to have it returned to us. Customers wishing to cancel shipped orders are responsible for shipping charges. Please be sure you want the items you order, and also be sure to check our shipping map (a link is located on the left side of our website), to know if you will receive your order by the time that you need it. Fulfillment time is NOT included in the estimates on the map, UPS generates these maps, and do not include our processing times in them.
Due to our products being "food contact", BakeABox does not accept returns due to buyer's remorse. If you would like to try out a box to see if it will work for you, please check out our samples page.
In the unlikely event that you receive items in error or a shipment that is damaged, rather than returning the product to us, we request that you email us a photo of the product your received in error or of the damage that was incurred during shipment. This allows us to pursue reimbursement from our shipping and/or fulfillment provider.

Please use the map below as a guide for how long your order will take to arrive (in business days) once shipped. Most orders ship out of our warehouse within two business days of receipt. This does not include the time it will take UPS to deliver our order. Please consult the map below to determine the additional time your order will take to receive.
*Please note the times listed below are only "transit times" and do not include the time it takes to process your order before it is shipped (up to 2 business days). UPS states on their website that they do not guarantee shipment times during inclement weather or during busy holiday seasons .
